I previously stored my belongings at Shurgard Bloomsbury, where unfortunately my items were damaged due to a water leak, so this feature really gave me peace of mind.
The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. The fact that there’s no deposit or admin fee was a huge deciding factor for me as a student. I’ve used storage services before, and deposits are rarely returned on time, so it’s really refreshing to find a storage company in London that doesn’t charge any deposit or admin fees.

I’m currently based between two cities because of work and needed to urgently leave my stuff somewhere in London, without having to trouble friends - Smart room saved the day, within a day I already had a storage room assigned to me, dropped things off (it’s very central!) and could go on to travel back home for Christmas and have the peace of mind! Definitely recommend for any nomads out there like myself!
