This was my first time ever using self-storage, so I was a bit nervous and honestly wasn't sure what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Joe Hayes and Rash made the whole experience so much easier. I'd actually booked the wrong size unit, but Joe sorted everything out quickly and without making me feel like I'd made a silly mistake. He gave really practical advice about the best use of the space and consistently went above and beyond to make the whole process as straightforward as possible. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just doing the minimum. Rash was also brilliant on reception! He was really friendly, welcoming and professional, and made me feel at ease straight away (the hot chocolate was an unexpected bonus too!). Moving and putting things into storage can be surprisingly stressful, but thanks to Joe and Rash it ended up being a genuinely positive experience. They're a real credit to Vanguard, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone :-).
