Self storage and packaging supplies for homes and businesses in central London form the core of what this Soho branch provides, with units reached through a Q-Park car park and a reception several levels below ground. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the cleanliness of the units, the security of the site and the ease of access, and the manager Ben Asabere is named again and again for walking customers through bookings, answering questions in advance and staying on hand when access problems arose. Various customers describe the process of taking a unit as smooth and stress-free, from the first enquiry to vacating, and the advice given on what size and type of space would suit is a point that comes up often.

A previous manager, Bhupen, receives similar praise for being informative, patient and accommodating, including for those weighing up storage for the first time. Both business and personal users note that the facility suits their needs, and packaging supplies are available on site. The team's professional yet friendly manner, the tidiness of the spaces and their willingness to help are described as consistent, making the practical side of moving or storing goods straightforward for those with limited time.
