John and Hassan are wonderful to work with. They helped us find the perfect unit for what we needed and have offered flexibility when we needed to make changes. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and helpful staff throughout my time with Storage King Bayswater. The unit was clean, secure and easy to use, and the whole process was straightforward. My only suggestion for improvement would be the access hours. Access currently ends at 9pm, which can be limiting for people collecting or storing items after work. It would be even better if access were extended until 11pm or midnight. Overall, a great experience and I would happily use Storage King again in the future.
John is a very nice person. He helped us a lot such as reserving the right size space, choosing combination of offers and billing updates. This is a vey good organized storage space with fantastic service!
Great service! Danny, despite his football club, is awesome! He and his coworkers got us sorted and on our way despite some technological hurdles. Highly recommend this location. Update May 2026. We just renewed our storage and it couldn’t have gone better. John was amazing in getting it done. The facility is always clean and we feel that our stuff is safe at this location. Highly recommend it if you need that little extra space!
Hasan is literally the best, he was so helpful during a very stressful time. Everything was properly explained from the first call. My whole experience of renting a unit for two months went smoothly, safely and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend.
John was super helpful when closing the storage unit and sorting out the paperwork. He made it all very simple and easy for me. Bonus: He’s also a fan of Chelsea FC!
