Paul is just so helpful and accommodating. last year I had a 125sqft unit, great location, great rates. this year I am back for another unit and the customer service is unbeatable. Regarding the reviews that show leaks, I did not experience this and I was there a long time. There are pallets available to use to keep items off the floor. When I’m moving I always cover my items in plastic before transportation and long term storage to ensure they are protected from dust/rain/filthy London! All other storage units are miles away or triple the price so Self Store makes sense.

Person I spoke to who arranged my storage unit, could not have been more helpful if he tried. Even loaned me a lock when I forgot to bring mine. Reasonably priced and convenient.
I rented a unit here for about 7 years, and have only good things to say about the space, the location, and above all the service. Paul, who manages the facility is absolutely brilliant. Friendly, helpful and just a great person. I'm sorry to say goodbye as I move the last of my belongings out of the UK, but would absolutely recommend Selfstore to anyone looking for secure central storage.
I rented a storage unit at Selfstore London for two months and was very impressed. The pricing was excellent, with extra discounts for new customers, including on the deposit. The space perfectly accommodated my belongings, and when I returned after two months, everything was in exactly the same condition as when I stored it. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Paul, the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. Highly recommend for both personal and business storage needs.
I contacted this storage more than 1 week ago by email and did not get a response so not very responsive. I needed student storage near to me but had to look elsewhere.
