I am eternally grateful for Store That team as they made my packing and moving so easy (which can be a stressful process on its own). The whole facility was beyond my expectations as it is clean, secured, easy to access and has more space in my unit than expected. Further, when I faced some issues with direct debit, they made every effort to make it easier payment wise from abroad. Cannot recommended them more!
I’ve had a great experience renting a container here. The service is top notch and the staff is incredibly helpful they always go the extra mile to assist with any request. The facility is very well equipped with a forklift and a loading ramp, which makes unloading large trucks and containers much easier. The location is also very convenient and easy to access. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Store Thaand their fabulous team. For the past several years, the service I have received from Store That has been consistently excellent. The facility has always been secure, clean, and well-managed, and any queries I've had were handled promptly and professionally. It has given me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings were in such good hands. They alos assisted me with a huge delivery of large items (around 40 boxes 2mx1m each item in length. They received it on my behalf. I don't think other facilities would do that to that extent. An outstanding, cost-effective service from start to finish. They were incredibly warm and helpful, especially as I had never used this kind of company before. They gave essential advice, and did whatever they could to save me money and find the right size unit based on my ever-changing descriptions. I stored my belongings here for a little over six months and was very impressed with the whole experience. The staff are genuinely lovely people always polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well looked after. It’s clear they take great care in maintaining the place. Access to my unit was easy and convenient, and the storage areas have everything you need to organise and use your space comfortably. The pricing is reasonable, insurance is available, and the system is flexible if you ever want to move to a larger or smaller unit the team were always ready to assist with that. The only thing I personally missed was longer opening hours, as the facility closes relatively early and isn’t open on weekends. Apart from that, everything was excellent, and I was very happy with my time here. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.
