Super easy to access and staff at reception is always friendly. Lilly was really helpful especially :)
They helped me find the best available fare, bringing the price down from £110 to just £31. They were also friendly, professional, and polite. Highly recommended.
Don’t trust the sales staff. The woman who signed me up told me that when collecting my stuff that I would only have to pay for the days I had used. In fact, the contract she got me to sign was paid monthly, so I had to pay £100 for like 3 days of storage. When I explained this situation to the duty manager, he “couldn’t help me”. I got scammed, 100%. DEFINIETLY would not recommend.

I’ve always had the best experience with Safestore in different locations. Their teams are always very helpful and professional. Thank you to Lili and Elizabeth, which allowed me to view storages before choosing the appropriate size, and return boxes I didn’t need !
