easyStorage Battersea

We’ve now vacated our unit at EasyStorage Battersea due to a completely unacceptable price increase. Over a relatively short period, our monthly rate rose from £200 to £426 inc. VAT (between Nov 24 and Dec 25). That level of increase is simply not sustainable for a long standing customer and left us with no option but to leave. We raised this multiple times and were repeatedly told the increase was due to 'operating costs' and that pricing was 'competitive for Battersea' with no flexibility offered at all. This was particularly frustrating given that the same EasyStorage Battersea units are publicly advertised online at significantly lower prices for new customers. I’m sure EasyStorage will reply to this review with a polite explanation about costs and fixed-term pricing, but the reality is that loyal customers are being priced out while cheaper rates are used to attract new ones. The storage itself was fine, but the pricing strategy feels unfair and lacks transparency. I wouldn’t recommend EasyStorage to anyone looking for stable, long-term storage without the risk of sharp and sudden increases.

Drive-up access is incredibly handy, especially during busy periods. Fantastic long-term value compared to other places in Battersea and really friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Not only does easyStorage Battersea provide excellent storage solutions, but they also clearly care about making a difference in the community. They have supported Protected Paws Animal Rescue in a much needed time, in a very kind and professional way. This support will help the rescue continue their work, and it’s heartwarming to see them going above and beyond to support local causes. I highly recommend this storage company to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate service!

Moving my things into storage was stress-free thanks to the staff here. They were friendly and helpful, the containers were easy to access and being able to drive right up to the unit made it all so straightforward. Excellent value too!

We’ve stored here for well over a year and the consistency is what stands out.    Secure site, great communication, easy access whenever we need it.    And it’s still cheaper than the other storage places we used before.

I needed space for my production equipment and this site works brilliantly. The drive-up containers are so practical, safe and secure and the rates are really affordable. It’s the best storage option I’ve found in South West London.
