Container-based storage in Mallusk, Belfast, is the service that customers describe most often, with reviewers highlighting secure self storage units and the supply of storage containers. Several customers name Paul as the member of staff handling enquiries, and praise for his approach is consistent: he is described as making considerable effort to help, requesting photographs and arranging for a driver to check clearance when a driveway looked too narrow, and simplifying the process for people relocating to Northern Ireland. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the straightforward nature of the arrangements, with no hidden charges and pricing described as competitive.

Reviews time and again mention the cleanliness of the units, inside and out, the presence of CCTV cameras and the availability of access at all hours. The service is also called well run, friendly and reliable, with clear instructions and information provided from the outset. One customer facing a sudden problem reports that Paul grasped the difficulty immediately and assisted without delay, while another notes that a tight delivery was handled with professionalism despite the obstacle. The recurring theme across the feedback is the effort invested in resolving access and delivery challenges.
