Customers include multinational companies and private individuals.

Hanwood Storage offers business and personal storage for long- or short-term rental. A bespoke temperature-controlled unit was built for a national photocopy supplier. The facility is located about 15 minutes from Belfast city centre.

Hanwood Storage earns steady approval from customers who have relied on its Belfast premises for household and commercial storage alike. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the condition of the units, which reviewers describe as dry, insulated and secure, with a choice of sizes to fit different loads. Customers repeatedly mention the pricing as reasonable, several noting they compared alternatives before settling here and felt the value stood out. David, the general manager, is singled out for being approachable and professional, and the wider team is described as friendly and attentive.

The grounds are said to be well looked after, and access arrangements, including round-the-clock entry backed by camera monitoring, are highlighted as convenient. Reviewers note that both short and long stays are accommodated, and one describes storing a large amount of belongings in a container during a relocation without finding fault in the unit or the way it could be reached. Another mentions a vehicle kept on site at a fair rate and with careful handling. The recurring picture is of a tidy, well-managed site where the state of the units and the manner of the staff are what customers remember.
