Extremely friendly and helpful. Flawless business going on here. So kind at reception and more than happy to assist you with any queries. The place is also kept spotless. Seems very safe. Rented a unit out for a few months and had no problems. I really appreciate their large trolleys to help you transport your things to your unit. My one was far enough away from the main door but really it was no issue bringing everything back and forth. Thank you so much for all your help - especially Oran who I mostly dealt with and was excellent.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Self Storage Belfast for their amazing service, kindness, and excellent storage facilities. I found them while relocating from Italy and contacted them just two days before arriving. They quickly arranged a unit for me—brilliant! The whole process was seamless. I needed to store all my belongings while searching for a home, and when the time came to move, everything was in perfect condition. The facility is highly secure, with cameras and a unique code lock for each unit. I’m truly happy with their service and will definitely use them again if needed in the future. Great storage service, my items were kept safe and secure for the duration of my let. Having the items removed abd taken to my new property was also a bonus and helped so much. Would definitely recommend.
I needed to store my stuff for a month, Danny has explained the whole process and costs. They have plenty of trolleys to use which makes moving things very easy and quick. Danny advised me regarding the best size for the renting space and facilitated my moving the best he could.
We used the Self Storage facility for 10 months to store the furniture from an apartment. Size was perfect for our needs. Access was excellent as and when we needed it. Facility was clean and dry and above all security was paramount. Also being able to retain the facility on a month by month basis gave us the flexibility to stay as long as we needed. On clearing out at the end we simply gave a few days notice and that was it. I would certainly use this facility again and recommend to friends.
Following the sale of our home, we used The Storage Centre for approximately 21 months. The facility is very orderly, clean and dry, there are trolleys to help you move your bits and pieces and the lift is very user friendly. Customer care is excellent and when we finally emptied our unit, Danny was really helpful in cancelling the DD and sending me evidence of the refund for unused days. We always felt our belongings were safe - and they were!
