Belfast customers storing furniture, student belongings and household goods have consistently praised Go Box Self Storage Ltd for a service model built around convenience and care. Several reviewers describe the container or box delivery and collection arrangement, noting that items are brought to a doorstep, filled at leisure and then picked up the following day or within hours of a request.

The recurring theme is reliability and communication, with customers repeatedly mentioning that messages are answered promptly, that the team stays contactable throughout, and that collections and deliveries happen when promised. Sean and Phillip are named often, with reviewers highlighting their helpful, friendly and professional approach, as well as the understanding shown when storage periods needed extending or box quantities changed at short notice.
