Big Yellow Self Storage Liverpool Edge Lane

David Reason delivered exceptional customer service. I was traveling across the country from Plymouth to Liverpool on Monday 27 July and my time of arrival at the storage facility kept changing due to delays on the motorway. He stayed open beyond closing time by 50 minutes to deal with my contract / payment and setting up the account on the app. Can’t thank him enough as I was handing back my hire car the next morning so I didn’t have the option of going in the morning to deal with the storage

Great service, everything was fully explained to me. I have used this service a few times, each time I have been dealt with courtesy and professionalism.

I needed to get something from my storage unit and I forgot my floor, storage unit number and PIN code, had Leah helping me who was just the best! She was able to help me sort everything out, even break my lock off for me and help me set up a new one! Was already having a stressful day and her patience and kindness was so appreciated! I can’t thank Leah enough for her help and friendliness!

Rented a storage unit today - a GREAT experience. Super cool (in this horrid heatwave), easy process, and served by the lovely Richard. Will definitely be retuning when we have some clobber that needs storing!

Super easy to access and use, staff are so friendly and informative and made it very clear how to use. Leah was lovely!

Dave was incredibly helpful, made the checking in process very stress free. Was very efficient and available throughout the day if we needed anything

Wonderful staff. Specially Leah. Very polite and friendly. Other than that the overall process was very easy.
