Oakfield Storage - Secure Self Storage Liverpool

Oakfield One operates as Oakfield One Ltd and has over 55 years of local experience serving Liverpool and Merseyside. It provides 24/7 on-site security with alarmed CCTV monitoring and offers drive-up access across the entire site. The company offers short and long-term flexible terms. Its main services are self storage, commercial vehicle parking, and warehouse rentals.

Individuals storing equipment and personal belongings at this Bootle facility describe a consistently helpful team, with Marc, James and Jimmy named as professional and efficient when handling enquiries, no matter how minor the question. The containers themselves come in for repeated praise, described as clean and air-tight, so that customers feel confident their goods are protected from damage. Security is a theme that recurs across the accounts, with site-wide CCTV and round-the-clock staff giving users reassurance, and one person who needed access to their unit at all hours found the arrangement suited their requirements.

The pricing is described as fair for the space provided, and the friendliness shown during the first telephone call is singled out as setting the tone for the relationship that followed. Longer-term users speak of having stayed for close to a year without any intention of moving their belongings elsewhere, while another expresses regret at not having discovered the facility sooner. Questions of any size are answered without hesitation, which reinforces the impression of a well-run operation built on attentive personal service.
