I have used Big Yellow/Armadillo storage for the last three years as an international student. I can comfortably say both this and their Edge Lane location are amazing storage spaces with staff that are lovely. Carl from Armadillo here has been amazing and very accommodating during my move-in here. Would recommend any students to consider using them for their storage needs.
Needed a storage unit and Carl sorted it all out within the hour helping along every step of the way awesome guy making the whole process effortless
Amazing, iv used countless storage units before and 5 stars all around. Kyle at the front desk was extremely kind and catering, going the extra mile to help, and with a very affordable rates. 10/10 would recommend.
Had multiple units here for 8 years now. Been pretty happy with the service provided. Only downside is the yearly fight against huge price rises which could see me move soon. Karl on reception is genuinely a credit to this place. Nothing is a hassle and he’s always about to help. *Update* They have since tried to rise my rent by 40% in 3 years so i am moving out. Be aware of this if you plan on staying long term.
Had a great experience with Armadillo overall. Karl was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. This overall made the experience much smoother. Would recommend this storage company to anyone.
Having been at Armadillo Aintree for 5 years now the biggest pro about the place is the staff, who, when running a small business are invaluable to us. An extension of our team they are always on hand to help take deliveries and if able will assist my storing / loading the bins etc … Carl in particular often goes out of his way to ensure I’ve got all the support I need if loan working and unable to load our deliveries into the unit. He, David and the wider team are a credit to Armadillo
