She walked us through the steps patiently, and all I can say is, I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely be referring friends and coming back to this self storage space.

To be completely honest I don't know the lady's name I think it was Laura but she's got blonde hair and she was useless, work ethic, non existent, l don't think lady smiled one time, asked how we were doing, better yet left us stranded in the middle of a massive storage unit... the space closed at 5 however she kept saying she was ready to go from 4:40??? And if that’s not enough she had seen me carrying an endless amount of boxes all by myself then on the last suicase she then decides to mention they had trollies… as if she didn’t see me struggling to come in and out at least 5 times before Customer service: 0/10 Attitude to work: 0/10 Work ethic: 0/10 And anything I've forgotten: 0/10 It's a shame as it's such a nice space but the staff member we encountered didn't reflect that
I currently have a storage unit here and I highly recommend this place. It is really nice and always kept very clean. The staff are wonderful they are incredibly friendly and always very helpful. A special shout-out to Sam, the manager, who is a great help and is always there if you need anything at all. Five stars.
