Excellent customer service, both on the phone and in person. Clean and tidy facility. Very convenient for University of Birmingham students. I would recommend and would use them again if needed.
I needed storage for moving house, and rented some here 2 weeks before I needed it. I managed to get it sorted, got access smoothly, and used it freely in the open times for less than 2 weeks, so they're refunding 50% of the total cost! Very friendly staff, lots of space, but does got very hot when it's sunny!
The staff here are amazing and very helpful. Anil, Julian, Fab and Karen are all great and are always on hand to help us out.
