The feeling of being able to offload household clutter and store it securely is still the same, but the overall ease of use has improved dramatically. I was sceptical about the new app at first, but I have to admit it’s much more convenient for calling the lift, opening doors, and managing access. The Birmingham store is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. My check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I chose them over the other options I was initially considering.
