A1 Secure Storage draws praise from customers who keep caravans, motorhomes and trailers at the Carrington site, with several reviewers describing the compound as very secure. Reviewers often mention the two locked gates, CCTV and round-the-clock manned security, and a detail many reviews return to is the convenience of access at any hour, which proves useful when returning from long journeys. The pitches are described as generously sized and laid out so that large vehicles can be manoeuvred in and out without difficulty.

Lynne is named for her helpfulness and quick responses when arranging or rearranging viewings, while Keith is credited with taking time to explain policies and help customers choose a suitable pitch. Customers also value the flexibility of week-to-week payment and the simple, uncomplicated dealings with the team. Longer-term users note that problems have been rare over several years of storing vehicles on site, and the combination of numbered pitches, cameras and manned barriers is frequently highlighted as the reason the facility feels safe. Secure storage for caravans and motorhomes, along with trailer parking, remains the core of what reviewers describe.
