Fantastic Service from a Family-Owned Business! I’ve been using Urban Space Storage Ltd for several years, and I can say that my experience with them has been nothing short of excellent. My contract with them recently came to an end, but I felt it was important to leave a review to acknowledge the outstanding service I received during my time with them. The storage facility that I rented was dry, and secure. The facilities themselves were top-notch, well-maintained, with 24/7 access, a remote-controlled gate, and comprehensive CCTV monitoring. I always felt my belongings were in safe hands, which is a huge peace of mind when you’re storing your personal items. What sets Urban Space Storage Ltd apart, however, is the exceptional customer service. As a small, family-run business, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel valued and cared for. Every interaction I had with them was friendly, professional, and personal. Best storage company in Liverpool. Most reasonable prices and a lovely group of people who are very helpful. The self storage system is very convenient and easy to use. Will definitely be using Urban space again in the future!!
We've been using Urban Space for the last 3 months while we renovate our house and have been very happy with the experience. The units are very new and clean, and the security on site is great. Marie, who handled our booking is lovely and super helpful too!
Great location, easy to access at any time of the day/night and lovely, helpful staff. The container itself was immaculate. Would highly recommend!
