A special shout-out to Nicholas, who has been incredibly helpful throughout our time here. He is always consistent with his promises and provides top-tier support whenever we need it. It’s rare to find that level of reliability, and it makes managing our units completely stress-free. We truly value this ongoing relationship and look forward to continuing to do business together for a long time to come. Highly recommended

I have been with Storebox about 4 years now, all staff are friendly, helpful and polite, access to the site is easy by car, the only bug bear is the uneven ground, there's large chunks of stone that could damage your vehicle when driving onto the site. I find the prices to be very competitive and in the first 2 years was offered a 12 month renewal at the same price, when I came to renew my contract again this year in February 2026 I was quoted a price I accepted, I then got an email quoting a different price and when I queried this via email, all emails went unanswered. Eventually I rang and spoke to someone who agreed to the first quote but to this day, no one has given me an answer as to why 2 price quotes were received with the second being more expensive. On the whole I am happy with Storebox and their customer service and would recommend them.
Mirroring everybody else's reviews. 5* service, I'm partially disabled and excess to my container is A1 easy access,. The only issue I have is the amount of pot holes in the yard, I've called the head office and apparently they have passed the message on to the appropriate team.Apart from that brilliant place,thank you.
Had a storage unit at Woodbourn Road for a few years, the site is well maintained and clean at all times. I had an issue getting into my unit on the first day and they sent someone out right away to assist. Teresa a team are friendly, and we’re very helpful during moving out. Thank you.
