Tanya was very friendly and helpful with the check in process and showing me my locker. My only comment is that the price in the quote does not include the insurance required on your items so you will have to make sure you have also budgeted for that.
Amazing experience storing with them from when I first went to inquire about storage they were so kind and helped me understand everything without rushing me. They were absolutely the best people through the whole experience thankyou for the warm welcome and help
Absolutely phenomenal service from Stacey. As a student with ASD and ADHD who panics a LOT, the staff couldn’t have been more than helpful and got me a great deal and explained everything on the day. Didn’t feel rushed or anything super simple!
The Armadillo team at the West Bar storage facility, Emma, Stacey and Tania were brilliant from start to finish. Always helpful and gave me a great deal and were so professional. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely use them again.
The customer service provided by Ema and Phill was amazing. Very nice, friendly and proffesional staff. Love this place and always very clean and tidy, highly recommended.

I went in to the Sheffield Branch yesterday to make some enquiries about hiring a storage space. Stacey was on duty and was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided a warm welcome (which is often very rare these days). She explained everything clearly and showed me an example of the storage unit and then emailed me a quote. Stacey provided excellent customer service.
