Online booking and same-day move-in are offered. Boxes and packaging are provided.

Sheffield residents describe Rawsons self storage as a dependable choice for keeping possessions safe during house moves and clearances, with the condition of the units attracting consistent praise. More than one review highlights how clean, dry and secure the spaces feel, and the site itself is described as well lit and protected by key-code entry.

A recurring theme is the ease of arranging collection from home, so that belongings can be placed into storage without the owner being present, with photographs supplied once everything is stowed. Flexibility during difficult circumstances comes up often, including one household whose sale was threatened by bad weather and whose goods were taken in at short notice. Quick online booking and the ability to move in the same day are noted, along with trolleys and other aids that simplify unloading and parking that allows a car to be reversed close to a unit.

The owners are consistently portrayed as approachable and helpful, with fair rates mentioned by more than one reviewer, and a local charity reports that comparable options elsewhere in the city could not match them on price. Communication is described as straightforward from the first enquiry onwards, and the service is characterised as reliable from start to finish.
