4.6 / 5 · 14 totalUnsafe storage unit area. There is at least 1 homeless person with mental health issues going around harassing people and trying to open locks of the storage units. I was nearly assaulted and had to run to my car to flee. I have flagged this to management and they did not seem to think it's a problem. There is no security and it's almost impossible to leave the area without exiting your car due to how the Pin pad is located. There's also people getting drunk while running "businesses" and a bunch of people working out and boxing at various times. Beware of this if you are looking for a storage unit and value your safety.

Five stars for Standby Self Storage (Reading). I needed somewhere safe for a house move, and they were spot on—clean units, easy access, and the staff were ever so helpful. Proper peace of mind, and not a faff at all.
