Excellent storage facility. Good prices, well maintained, friendly and helpful team. Luke has looked after from day one - thanks Luke! I really like the ease of access, the ability to pull your vehicle right into the storage facility, a fully functioning large lift. Great security. Amazing business and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Very convenient location with easy access to load/unload. Staff helped me upgrade to a larger unit quickly when I needed it. Prices are moderate and service is solid. Good option if you need flexible, secure storage in Reading. Great service from Merina- super helpful and made the whole storage process quick and stress-free. Staff were all polite and the place feels safe and well-kept. Great customer service!
I would like to commend Merina at the Reading branch for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly throughout my visit. Even though the store was about to close, she took the time to assist me without making me feel rushed. I previously worked with Access Storage in Nottingham's branch, therefore i was well-accustomed with how the storage system works and kept high hopes for the Reading Branch. At first I was taken aback by the sudden choice to move me from 25 sqr.ft to 35 sqr.ft as a result of those spaces being taken up. However I would soon learn that my price for 3 months would remain the sane despite the jump in size which left starstruck and immenently thankful! When I moved-in properly, I found the employees of Reading more communicative and approachable. They were amazingly professional throughout my move-in completion despite the abundance of people calling and inline for checking. This is especially apparent with the front desk staff member 'Merina' who worked really hard to manage multiple people single-handed. Access storage is in great hands with stand-up hardworking employees like her in the team:)
