easyStorage Reading

easyStorage was launched in 2017 as a partnership between easyGroup founder Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou and Tim Slesinger, its CEO. The legal entity is E-Storage Worldwide Limited, and the brand is backed by the easy family of brands. easyStorage Reading offers container storage in sizes including 20ft, 8ft, 6ft and 5ft units. It provides drive-up self storage where customers can drive directly up to their storage unit, alongside a collect-from-home option.

Container units are equipped with electricity. The site has 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a dedicated security team, and offers a self-access system operating round the clock. easyStorage offers an app for iOS and Android to manage units, book returns, access or move out and pay invoices. Nigel Dawson is Franchise Director at easyStorage.

Households needing somewhere to keep possessions while a property sale completes, and those between homes for several months, are among the customers of this Reading self storage operator. Reviews time and again mention how swiftly a container can be arranged, including a unit supplied on the same day a sale went through earlier than expected. Several buyers describe the whole process as efficient and free of stress, covering the initial booking and the settling of belongings into the unit.

Clean, dry containers and straightforward drive-up access are singled out for praise, the latter proving convenient both for those storing items themselves and for a removal company collecting on their behalf. Value relative to traditional storage is a point that comes up often, alongside reliability and responsive communication from the team. Storage periods of around three months between houses are mentioned, and the facilities are described as secure. The experience is portrayed as seamless from start to finish, with customers noting that setting up an account was simple and that belongings could be reached easily whenever needed.
