I didn’t like the pressure while speaking with one of the staff (don’t know his name). I was allocated to the 3rd floor and the temperature there was really high, I don’t think this is appropriate. Also, it would be nice if I had a contract or a letter clearly stating all t&c and prices (the pricing policy is very misleading). Thank God I am a customer here for the first and last time
Tariq at Safestore was absolutely amazing. His customer service was 10/10 from start to finish. I was having such a stressful day, but he went above and beyond to make sure that, even if everything else was going wrong, my experience at Safestore was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and genuinely cared about helping. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made the whole process so easy and stress free. He completely turned my day around and honestly made my day. A huge thank you to Tariq for the outstanding service. Safestore is lucky to have someone like him, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch because of the experience he provided.

Excellent facility, friendly staff. I would suggest supplying more trollies, sometimes there were none available. I would recommend this storage unit as i was confident it was safe and secure.
