Until we went that same evening she was on call to help us navigate around the site. She has kept in touch to check everything is ok and on hand when we go and visit again.i mentioned what sort of items I have to store and recommend a 75ft container which when we arrived was perfect for us. Her customer service levels are exceptional and it has given me and my husband some stress relief due to an emergency reshuffle of our personal items I highly recommend such an easy process with full transparency and I have also shared her details with other friends that see in the same boat keep up the good work
Absolutely brilliant storage facility. Access is really easy and site is spotless. Staff always available by phone and so helpful. I needed large storage asap and it was all booked and accessible same day! Second time I've used Smartbox in Leicester and wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Delightful experience. Very Easy and practical. When I ran into an issue, Alex was incredibly swift in assisting. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I've not long started using Smartbox but so far the experience has been great. The app is really easy to use. The units are clean and easy to access. Customer service has been great and so quick to respond. Only areas that might make it that tiny but better is some form of lighting in the units (I know this can be a fire hazard if done wrong but would make organising them a lot easier) and a section on the app to easily view your contract with current prices etc. This may already be on there and I've overlooked it though! Thank you to the team for being so easy to contact and friendly through this process

This place is amazing booked online, the day I started my rental of the storage unit everything sent by text easy to download app and sign up my account. Very easy to access the unit remotely all from you mobile on the app. Such a great location easy to find
