Nicky who ran our site turned up to give us keys when said, was helpful and explained the extensive security features of the site. Had a unit 5 years with no issues. Was also easy to give up the unit when no longer required and deposit paid back quickly. Would use again.

We rang this company this morning at roughly 10am to enquire about a storage unit. We didn’t even get far enough into the phone call to enquire as we were greeted by somebody who sounded like they had just woken up with a hangover. They were very rude over the phone and the only words they said were “hello” and “yep” when we asked them to confirm we’d rang the right number and if they were okay. The person then ended the call and when we tried to ring back they declined the call again. Very poor customer service.
