Safestore Self Storage

I had a great experience at Safestore thanks to Beth and Richard. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Their excellent customer service really stood out, and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Safestore, especially if you’re looked after by Beth and Richard. Thank you both for making everything so easy!

I have been with Safe store Sheldon for 6 months and I find them just so friendly and helpful. Really lovely people. I have a small unit and it's ideal for me. I come in several times a month and never feel unwanted. I can just come in sort through my unit and there's no rush. Everything is spotlessly clean and dry. Love it 👍

Absolutely seamless transaction. Becca has it all covered and is so polite and friendly from the moment of booking. I wish all businesses operated like this! Thoroughly recommend.

Richard was amazing upon our arrival. From the get-go he had a can do attitude, kept us informed through every step and helped us out where other storage places did not. We are overly glad for choosing Safestore and Richard has made us want to tell others about the services too.

From the first email enquiry through to the phone call and finally arriving at the storage unit, the customer service was brilliant. Richard and Becca were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress free and showed us around the facility. Great service would highly recommend them!

The greatest service I have ever received! They were transparent throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood every step. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. A special thank you to Richard, Beth, and Becca for their outstanding service!

Great storage facility with friendly and helpful staff. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The prices were cheaper than I expected, especially with the introductory offers. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and I’d definitely recommend Safestore to anyone looking for affordable stora
