Many thanks Quick Self Storage (Rita in particular) for all your support with my container. I had 2 storage containers - 100 and 50sq feet for household furniture (18 months), as temporary storage whilst moving house. Rita was a great support and addressed my queries immediately and with positive outcomes each time. Containers are clean, tidy and weatherproof and on-site caretaker person. No issues throughout my rental and reasonable prices after discount period. App system worked very well to electronically open the entrance, so access throughout day and into evening. Looked at other sites, but this was one well set-up and cost effective. Thanks Rita and QSS!!

Fantastic staff who are so helpful and understanding. I’m not very good with ICT but they talked me through it. Rita & Scott were especially helpful to me yesterday under difficult circumstances. Wish I could have access on a Sunday for same hours as during the week though. Many thanks.🙏

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Lots of issues. No one on site. Overlocked my unit for a month for no reason and no refund. Cancellation notice required and anything to do to hold on to your money. Avoid at all costs.

A great service from start to finish. I had difficulty accessing main entrance due to my phone, and Rita helped me in an instant. When I needed to change to a smaller unit, again, Rita arranged this for me within the hour. A very personable yet professional service, thank you. Highly recommended.
