Needing an urgent storage unit due to homelessness, Terry was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me (I’m currently bed-bound/not mobile) he helped me pack my stuff and transferred all my belongings by himself to the storage unit and sent me confirmation of how it’s all been set up which is very neat and tidy still with some room and handled my personal belongings with care. He came at a date and time very urgently for me and has great manners and is a lovely gentleman. All this happened without me even needing to go to the storage unit myself as I cannot walk at the moment and have seen the level of care the staff show their customers and a little bit of kindness goes a very long way which I’ll always be grateful for and remember 🫶🏻

The service is very good. I added van service, and Terry helped me pick up everything. And the price was 50% off in the first two months. I compared many other warehouses, and this one‘s price is cost-effective. After choosing the service on the website, you‘d better call to tell them the time for pick up things. I’ll feel more at ease, cause I often can‘t answer the phone.
A bit of a challenge to get in the first time, but remember to press # after your code and you'll be fine. Nice to be able to drive my car into the garage, close the garage doors and unload with security. Used the dolly to load everything up. Has a goods lift if you're not on the ground floor. Clean. Temperature and humidity controlled. Pretty good really.
