I'd like to recommend Katie, she was brilliant and offered us 5* service. The kind of service i'd happily pay more for. Made everything super easy and quick, and had a bit of small talk too, which goes a long way.
A big thanks to Katie, who was there for both our check-in and checkout. The customer service at big yellow is excellent - we didn't know what to expect when renting a storage unit, but all staff were super helpful and friendly throughout the process, and it was really straightforward. You just have to remember your room alarm code and not forget to type it in when you leave as well as when you arrive. They can sell you a padlock for your room if you don't have one. Thoroughly recommend if you ever need storage.
