Great service, good location and a very enjoyable process.
The overall unit and move in process was good. The unit block seems secure with a pin access so not anyone can just walk on in. However we did have a couple negatives near the end of our contract. We signed up for 12months and when that contract came to an end there was no notice (which I think would just be a nice as a courtesy as who knows what they signs up to 12 months ago). We just received an invoice of a higher price. I called the office and they said the discount we used has come to an end and they offered no more. When I called back a week later to say we would like to cancel the unit they then tried offering me a discount to stay. Which I think is a little to little to late to be honest considering we found it £70 a month cheaper. I think it was just all a little cheeky. But to end it on positive the unit was good and the ceilings were high which we liked.
