Had this lock up for a few years and has always been no issues. Very clean and today always and basically had no problems at all.

Ive rented a unit from these guys for 3 years. Always amazing service, very understanding with late payments and such. Never not once was i made to feel uncomfortable over not being able to pay on time. Staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to help. The van service was amazing when we first moved our stuff in really saved us the hassle. Well worth every penny for what you get. Would reccomend 10/10 😁

I was most impressed by the staff of Store First. William Hopwood the manager was very helpful. He was always approachable and had time to answer my questions. When I closed my account, Jonathan, (The 'new' member of staff. 8 months and counting) processed the refund of the unused portion of my rental which was back in my account in a couple of days. I would definitely use Store First again.

Johnathan, will & Charl have been absolutely fantastic, so helpful every time I’ve been in to the unit, would 100% be using this company again, especially with the free collection van! 5 stars from me!

We used Store First to stash the contents of our house while we were between properties—turns out we weren’t just moving home, we were relocating a small museum of things we forgot we owned. The staff were brilliant and somehow managed to find us units close together, which saved us from doing a full marathon every time we needed a box labelled “miscellaneous (important?)”. Also, shoutout to their Luton van, which made us feel like professional movers instead of two people dramatically questioning every life decision that led to owning this much stuff. It made moving out so much easier and saved us a small fortune—money we’ll probably spend on more things we don’t have space for.

Had a really good experience here. The site is secure, clean and easy to access (has 24hr access). The staff are friendly and helpful and answered every email I sent. I had a single day left on my contract when leaving and they’re issuing me a refund for that day. I’d use them again
