He was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my needs, and went above and beyond to be of assistance/reassurance, even when I ended up in tears due to the stress of moving! I will 100% be using Safestore for my storage needs :)
Have had two storage units for a few years, access has always been easy and today I managed to hand one unit back. Like getting it the hand back process is simplicity itself. The staff are always great and helpful.
We needed an urgent storage unit sorted out, and this company stepped up. We were helped by Mike who was absolutely lovely and worked tirelessly to give a good experience to everyone. Not only were the staff lovely but the storage rooms are clean and easy to access with large items, the 24 hour access is very useful and the whole process was very easy to set up.
Amazing customer service through and through. No matter how busy they are they always sort out your issues and understand. Unfortunately i had to cancel but the storage facility looked clean and safe. And they supply boxes and other packing items which is such a personal and friendly touch.
Really poor customer service, had a unit on the floor first floor, got broken into. Reported to a member of staff and they were happy to forget about it. You've got to be careful with your stuff here
Value for money storage, Easy access and friendly team. Good facilities which are modern and clean. 24hr access to unit of required. Also available to buy are packing materials etc. Good location too.
Great fertility. Lots of options on size of storage. Always secure. Love the options to work from there in there breakout room and also the meeting rooms for hire are a great bonus. Only annoying thing is there is a gate that is always closed so it can be a tight squeeze to get in....open both gates!!
