I had such a great experience using The Southampton Vault. The facility itself is incredibly secure and private all the modern security features like the eye scanner and controlled access genuinely made me feel like my belongings were completely safe. At times it almost felt like stepping into something out of MI5 with all the high-level security and technology in place! But what really made the experience special was the staff.Dave, Mark and Rachel Every single member of the team is not only highly professional, but also genuinely warm, kind and respectful. They always made me feel welcome, and I actually used to look forward to seeing them when I visited. They created such a friendly atmosphere that made what could be a very transactional service feel personal and enjoyable. I no longer needed the service, which is the only reason I closed my account, but I would highly recommend The Vault to anyone looking for a secure, discreet and professional place to store valuables. If I ever need a vault again in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to the whole team – I will genuinely miss seeing you all.

Had a tour of Southampton Vaults after going deep down through several security doors and meeting Dave and Mike who were very welcoming. After the tour which was very informative and certainly secure, we would certainly recommend anybody thinking about wanting to find somewhere to safely leave anything securely Make That Appointment.

I have been a customer for a few years now. SV is a discreet and unassuming building, if you know you know. Once in the security is top notch. As for the staff! Well what can I say? Except AMAZING. All of them. Today it was David James that took care of me and the Mrs. They are all friendly and take genuine interest in you. I couldn't recommend SV enough.
