Great service The staff are amazing very knowledgeable and helpful
Really good service. I used them for about a year and never had an issue. Staff are always approachable and helpful, and I’ve never had any problems with accessing my stuff in storage. The storage unit itself was good, no issues with leaks, rodents or anything of that nature which is exactly what you need with storage, as you want the peace of mind that your items will stay how you’ve left them. Overall, very happy with the service

I am sure they are fine but I just want to the prices I don't want to be hounded or give out my email and details if I don't go ahead! Makes people look elsewhere and looks a bit desperate. I'm sure the storage is fine but this approach has made me look elsewhere and leave this review!
I've had this storage for very nearly 4 years and always felt my property of mainly sentimental value was protected and safe. The facility has always been clean and well organised when Ive attended with plenty of accessible parking and trollies to minimise the number of trips from the storage to our vehicle. The 2 lifts are large and have always been operational. We've never had any problems with access either during business hours or outside of hours. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and all delivered with a smile and cheerful conversation. Easily identifiable in a smart uniform which Stuart in particular pulls off with a debonaire panache! Thank you for your service team, it's been outstanding!
Today I collected all my staff from Access Self Storage Southampton after 22 months. The staff were amazing from quote stage to now. Always happy to help, very friendly. My things are still in prestine condition, nothing broken nor stolen. The place and company is very clean and well maintained. I always had access to my unit. It was a joy to be with Access Storage as they helped me out at a time of great need. I have already recommended them to a friend and l will tell more people to use them. Limkani.
