What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Cardiff customers repeatedly single out the friendliness and helpfulness of the team at this storage facility, with Justin, Rob, Jake and Michael named most often for the way they guide people through every stage of setting up an account. Several reviewers describe a straightforward sign-in process, mentioning that choosing a unit and completing the paperwork took only a matter of minutes, while others highlight the clear explanations of pricing structures for different unit sizes. A theme running through the feedback is the flexibility offered, including a trial period that lets customers confirm the unit suits their needs before committing, and the quick tours of the building that help first-time users feel at ease.

Reviewers also value the clean and organised premises, the sense of trust they place in the company when storing their belongings, and the speed of service, with one parcel drop-off completed in a couple of minutes. Staff are described as professional, understanding and polite, and the overall experience is portrayed as simple and good value for those storing household goods or business items. The helpful assistance when a broken lock needed attention stands out as a further example of the attentive service.

The service from both Justin and Rob has been fantastic. It’s great value and is a simple, easy process. Even the first visit and getting everything sorted in the beginning took 5 minutes max! It’s a clean and organised facility and I feel completely comfortable with trusting Safestore with my things. Thank you!
