Treatment of customers is absolutely atrocious. Little to no communication, telling one thing one day and a different thing the next. Untrustworthy. Could not care less about customers and their property. Would strongly advise to avoid. Absolutely disgusted by them.
Highly recommend this storage facility. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and considerate. Fair pricing and brilliant when it came to ending my contract. Facility itself is clean and well maintained.
Great price quoted which was better than all competitors. Friendly service and ground floor storage, so really happy. Highly recommended and is the second time we are using.
Stored my furniture here whilst waiting for a house to complete. Had no trouble at all. More importantly the staff there have been fab, always happy to help and always respond to emails etc. really happy overall.
Best place to store your goods in Cardiff. Friendly staff and easy access to loading bays and units.No lifts to take to your unit ,no narrow and cluttered hallways like I've seen on different storage companies in Cardiff. Thank you for make it easier. All the best.
Mark and Adam are absolutely brilliant. Since moving to Cardiff 5yrs ago I have had had a unit with them on and off for that time and I will go back again if I need to. Thank you both for being so accommodating and helpful.
