I had a really positive experience with Len’s, and I especially want to thank Zara for her excellent service. She was super helpful, kind, and polite throughout the whole process, and was always very accommodating with any questions I had. Check in and check out were smooth, and the facility was clean and tidy whenever I met it. I would recommend Len’s to anyone looking to store their belongings short term like I did. Good customer service from first contact to closing account. Friendly staff. Like everything these days was a tad pricey, however not anymore so than other storage places. First month discount helped.
