I went online for a quote, and have been absolutely bombarded with calls and messages, which is something that isn't really needed on top of trying to move house. You might think this would help bring in the business, but I have never been less inclined to go to a company that I've gotten a quote from.
Euan and Carolann at the Shettleston Road branch in Glasgow were excellent help through the course of our self storage stay. Can’t speak highly enough of their excellent customer service and professionalism. We’d certainly provide this Self Storage to friends and family, purely as a response to their service.

Well run business. Excellent staff. We are making a cross Atlantic move to Scotland and we had to do all the arranging over email. However it’s was easier than we expected. Carolann was perfect. She was alway prompt with email replies and always provided the information we asked for. We rented a unit for a year so we can bring stuff over with each trip we take. The units are clean and the place is secure with key code entry, tall fences, and cameras everywhere. If you haven’t thought about using this outfit you should give them consideration. We are certainly glad we did.
Absolutely fantastic storage company which I would highly recommend. Always update customers by email notifications on any public holidays or lift ‘out of order’ etc. and the staff are always attentive & helpful, especially Carolanne & Clair. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌
