Len storage was one of the storage places id enquired with about a year ago, i chose them after a few other calls because from the get go they were helpful in their offers to support me and offered me guidance which no other place did, having never used a storage place i wasnt sure what to do and how to manage it all, i used it for the time i had it due to having minimum space at home, since my sister moved out we no longer needed the service which is the only reason i moved out, otherwise i wouldve continued using it. When i had a period of ill health i could not afford the storage for 1 month but they were happy to support me with this and changed the payment date, aswell as the fact of changing my payment date prior to this while i was moving job position and my pay date had changed. They helped every step of the way as much as they could, my stuff was very precious to me including personal items such as my wife and I's wedding dresses and our box of wedding items and memories ive collected over the years and it remained untouched, safe and clean in this very well looked after unit. There was access to moving trolleys and was even offered by staff to help transfer items when i came alone which i greatly appreciated. I dont think many other storage units would offer this kind of support. My invoices always arrived early giving me notice each month on what was due to come out each month. Every member of staff when i came by were always very positive, happy and helpful.. offering a kind smile, a simple hello that went along way and even some light humour, such as when i would appear red faced after moving in or out heavy items! I was wary of leaving my items in a storage unit but with the security of the building and staff care it felt absolutely safe as soon as i moved in, there was no doubt in my mind that everything was secure, including the fact there was a damage or loss price set for my own peace of mind. The location was super handy to me as a community nurse i drive all over the place, but it was close to my sisters work and not far from home, i could drop in whenever i wanted during their opening hours. Whenever i phoned to queery anything the staff provided clear and consise advice which i greatly appreciated, as a person who struggles to understand things right off the bat they were able to reassure me and offer guidance if i asked more than once a similar question reworded, and tailored to my needs and never got irritated or annoyed if i didnt immedietely understand what was meant. When i phoned to inform them of our leave they provided helpful information and said that 2 weeks notice was required, and even went onto say that i could take longer than this as i had paid for the full month, which i didnt know was possible, i assumed the 2 weeks was all i had when in reality i had more time which was great for me as i can be a very busy person, and as the only driver between me and my wife i needed a bit of flexibility with time frames! On the day of my leave they also kindly phoned early morning not long after opening times to remind me it was my final day to retrieve my items and sign off my contract of leave, i had already been heading to collect things but i found this to be very helpful as i said i am very busy day to day so for a reminder to be had with plenty of time to organise moving things i found this to be a helpful gesture if i had for example forgotten about this. The entire experience was pleasent and everything was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Hats off to all the hard working staff here, who have made my stay very easy, flexible and secure. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering storage, with everything ive said in mind, i found the prices to be very reasonable for the amount i had to store. Grateful for the service provided and the staff who made it possible for it to feel as great as it did, will definitely use again if i ever have to in the future.
Utilised a unit/locker here while doing a home refurb. An excellent choice for me for short-term space-making. No issues whatsoever. Fairly priced, local to me and will 100% use again should the need arise.
