The booking is very simple and straightforward. The storage is clean and tidy and there is a welcome pack of 2 snacks and water bottles. I think the security deposit of £150 is mandatory, but they do not mention if its refundable!! I paid it already because the booking can not be completed otherwise. I tried to pay for week 2, but I am not sure if it will deducted automatically or not!! I hope it is coz I dnt wana pay fine for delayed payment!!! Overall, it was a good experience, but I hope to get answers about the deposit, and the payment method
