Ruby and Julia have been excellent in helping us get the right unit. We needed to move into a bigger one and Ruby even helped us move our items! If we need a storage solution again the the future, we'll definitely be back

I absolutely love using the Sure store facility, the premises are clean, well lit and secure with easy access to my belongings whenever needed, bringing convenience and total peace of mind. Access to both the premises and locker is provided via the handy app which works flawlessly. At every point when discussing any aspect of my needs, nothing is too much and I appreciate that there's no hard sell or pressure to rent more space than is adequately required. In particular I like how flexiblible this company is should my needs change, they do everything humanly possible to ensure I have just what I need. The sales staff are brilliant and I'd like to give a massive shout-out to Oliver (Ollie) and Julia in reception who have bent over backwards in assisting with everything and making sure any transitions are smooth and hassle free, they're super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All in all I cannot praise the team highly enough and I recommend Sure Store Festival Park to anyone 😁😁 Edit: I think the only improvement that could be made is to have signage directing customers around the maze of units although this is perhaps an intentional thing as an added security measure.

I've been using SureStore Stoke and have had a great experience so far. The facility is modern, clean, and very secure. One of the best features is the digital access system – I can open and access the facility using my phone, which makes everything much more convenient than dealing with keys or padlocks. The app is easy to use, access is straightforward, and there are plenty of storage unit sizes available. The staff have also been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, it's a reliable and innovative storage solution, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for secure self-storage in Stoke-on-Trent
