Storage for university students between terms is where this Manchester provider's feedback is rooted, and the accounts consistently emphasise how straightforward the whole process proves. A number of customers describe the pricing as reasonable and cost effective for student budgets, with no unexpected charges surfacing. Reliability and communication come up often, including one account of a move that ran long where Paul and Becky stayed on after their shift so that everything could be finished, a gesture of helpfulness that clearly impressed the customer involved.

The team is repeatedly described as friendly and down to earth, with staff singled out as nice and easy to deal with. Moving in and out is reported as simple and well organised, with assistance on hand during the move itself. The arrangement is said to suit the short-term, flexible needs of students clearing a term-time room, and the facility itself comes across as well run. Praise centres on the ease of booking, the fair cost and the willingness of staff to go beyond what was required. Help with moving threads through several accounts, as does the general sense that nothing was too much trouble.
