Absolutely amazing service and experience at Storagemart Freshfield. Rented a unit for 2 years at a very reasonable price. Convenient access and never had problems parking or loading. Always amazing personal service when needed - Simon always remembers us by name. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Geoff’s customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. He represented the company with a kind, courteous approach which ensures if we decide to store our belongings, it will be here. We will also have no hesitation recommending the company to friends and family.
Hi - visited Stirage Mart to get information about size, pricing etc and Simon on reception was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything to me and because i was worroed I might need a larger unit assured me that if my stuff wouldnt all go in the one I'd ordered then i could upgrade on the day. He calmed my jitters and lrft me feeling quietly assured. Very professional, helpful and friendly, Simon is the perfect guy to have face to face interactions with customers as hes so good with us. The Storage Mart team at Freshfield Estate are superb and have been really helpful to us on numerous occasions. We can’t fault the local support at all. However, we are long term customers and would welcome some insight and transparency into the company’s pricing strategy as we have experienced some disproportionate and surprising increases that have led us to consider moving to a different facility.
I used StorageMart during my move from London to Brighton, and they provided a reliable and helpful service throughout. Simon and Geoff arranged the storage setup remotely, which saved me from having to travel down to Brighton just to complete paperwork. They also helped make sure I had the right size unit as my belongings arrived and assisted with coordinating deliveries, including some large paintings and a second removal shipment. Overall, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made the moving process much easier.
