Big Yellow Self Storage Brighton

Stefan has been amazing. I’ve come in two times before my move in date and both times he has kindly helped me out, showed me around the unit/rooms and helped me to get checked in on the spot. Brilliant service!

Awful customer service. This store does not live up to the company’s stated values of “helpfulness” and “flexibility.” I arrived just a couple minutes after 5:00 pm (due to train delays) and the store had already shut its doors with no willingness to assist. A little flexibility and customer care would have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience.

I had a wonderful time setting up my storage unit here at big yellow storage. Chris is a lovely gentleman who made the whole process of setting up the storage unit enjoyable and entertaining. It was also lovely to meet Boris the seagull!

Really nice, easy and straightforward. Chris really made the whole experience less stressful and the digestives he offered were amazing :)

Chris helped me sign in when moving into my unit. He was very helpful, while being funny and personable. Great customer service!

was helped by stefan today. he was an absolute legend i don’t think i’ve laughed more in the presence of someone i’ve just met before. he made me feel very at ease and he was a right craic.

My experience with Simeon was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything easy to understand and guided me through the process with professionalism and patience. The entire team was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and supportive, which made the whole experience simple and stress-free. I truly appreciated how effortless they made everything feel, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Because of this excellent experience, I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend Simeon and the team to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
