I have had an amazing experience with Simon Powell. He helped and guided me along every step of the way until I finished reserving my storage. Storage Giant are really good at communicating. Plus the place is CLEEEAN . Big hats off to Nol, who made my experience feel like a big weight was lifted off when it came to ending my contract and opening up a new one with another person for the same unit. He was clear, understanding and positive with all that went on. I’ve been with them for a good 2 - 3 years and not had any issues.

Simon was very helpful, did go through all the options i needed and sent quotation by email with link to the chosen option which i am going to complete tonight. He also asked if i wanted a call back to close the booking if it was easier for me.

Amazing customer service from Michelle. I called panicking about possibly having lost my keys to my unit. She calmed me down reassured me that all will be ok. Michelle asked I hold the line, flowing this she confirmed they had a spare key to my unit and she can change the lock for us! Amazing support from Michelle, her manager needs to acknowledge her great customer service! Thanks again Michelle.

I made an enquiry online for a storage unit and got a follow up call from Simon, we confirmed how much I would be storing at the unit to confirm the best size and then he gave me my options for time and how much each would cost. He was very polite throughout the conversation and was clearly knowledgeable about the units, we discussed some concerns I had and he put my mind at ease, honestly he made my experience great. Fully recommend.
