Excellent service from start ,so friendly they really do go out of their way to help you ,the prices are Excellent and storage facilities if your looking around i wouldn't bother going elsewhere as theses were best price around believe me I was looking for few days then this was last one ,wish I had done it first no hidden costs like the others either ,just wish I could of found man with a van would have saved few journeys but that's not their fault was ours ,but Excellent company to use i definitely recommend them 100%,
1st time using self storage initially booked a unit too small Jade and Sarah worked their magic and simply and quickly found me a bigger unit and re invoiced me on the spot. The process was much simpler than I imagined and less stressful and within minutes had my password set up and ready to go. Very good experience. Extremely accomodating and made the whole thing swift fast and explained everything from heart and with detail . Walked us through the entire process and answered all th questions. Sarah was very nice and since im an international student she told me that if my mom doesnt comr bakc with me when its time to move my things out she will be my UK MOM🥰. I recently moved my home contents out from a unit after 18 months of storage at the Radford/Basford site. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is impressive, nothing is too much trouble and things get done with no fuss or hassle. Great easy storage! Everyone is so friendly in the office and able to help with anything. Didn't have any issues. Very smooth service. Nice air conditioned and secure. Would reccomend.
Incredibly well organised place, easy access 24/7. We have used them for over a year now, multiple loading and unloading. Just now, i am waiting for transport/ delivery people to arrive, and i have just been offered complementary tea and biscuits. What could be better?
